Soft Bodies in Digital Space


Firstly welcome to my new blog, this will be a digital diary documenting process of my latest work and ideas I've been running with.

Today I have learnt about soft body physics in blender, I've applied what I've learnt so far to my first blender animation. Applying this particular physics gives the meshes weight and turgidity which means they interact with their surroundings once the animation is played. I wanted to give the digital objects plasticky shiny appearances, making their presence seductive and object-like.
